Kyndra Brown, PsyD
Kyndra is a clinical psychologist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and compassion. She earned her first master’s degree in counseling psychology in Bowie, Maryland, followed by a second master’s degree and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Adler University in Chicago, Illinois. Her clinical background spans work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across educational, hospital, community, and outpatient settings.
Dr. Brown is passionate about supporting clients as they build self‑awareness, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and create meaningful personal growth. She has specialized experience working with children and adolescents and values collaborating closely with parents and caregivers to foster healthy emotional and behavioral development.
Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, self‑esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, family dynamics, stress management, multicultural issues, and women’s mental health. Dr. Brown approaches therapy from a collaborative, strengths‑based perspective, offering a warm and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
