Fees and Insurance
Fees range from $130-$180 for a 50 minute individual, couple or family session, with a sliding scale available in some cases for daytime appointments. Fees for group therapy vary - see the group descriptions under the Services tab.
All therapists except Dr. Leone are in-network with traditional Blue Cross PPO plans but none are in-network with any Blue Choice plans, HMO plans, Medicare or any insurance plans other than Blue Cross. For patients with traditional Blue Cross PPO plans we will bill Blue Cross directly and the patient will be responsible for any deductible and co-payments once Blue Cross has processed the claim. For all other insurance plans, including Blue Choice plans, patients must pay the fee up-front and seek reimbursement from their insurance plan at the out-of-network level. We are happy to submit the insurance forms for this on your behalf. Credit card payment is also available.
